- Keep in mind that you can reschedule your tour anytime.

Why do I need to book a tour?
We are able to work out excellent rates for you by giving you the opportunity to complete a 90-120 minute tour and presentation at the location of your choice.
Is this a timeshare?
No! This is not a timeshare and there is no obligation to purchase.
Can I stay at the same time as my tour?
We invite you on a day off to come down and complete your preview of our property and travel discounts. After you’ve completed your tour, you will have 12 months to use your voucher.
Is my voucher transferable?
Absolutely! You can give your voucher to whoever you choose. If you have friends coming from out of town it makes a perfect gift.
What kind of room?
You will receive a standard hotel room with two queen size beds.

Arrive 10 min early due to traffic and parking as this is a group tour and virtual presentation. Bring Proof of ID.

When is the tour and how long is it?
Everyday except Tues & Wed
8am, 11am, 1:30pm (weekdays)
8am, 11am, 2pm (weekends)
The tour is 90 minutes long.
What if I need to change the date on my tour?
No worries at all! You can always reschedule using the reschedule link or giving us a quick call or text at (855) 915-4733
Are there any blackout dates?
Our rooms are based on availability. There are no blackout dates, but if it is sold out, it is sold out. That’s why we give you 12 months to find a perfect two nights for your staycation.
How much are the resort fees?
Once you check into your hotel, you are responsible for your own resort fees.
They average around $90 total for your 3 day / 2 night stay which includes parking taxes and if you stay at Harborside it also includes the water park tickets for everyone in your party.
